HYDRAULIC HOSE CLEANER
- The HYDROCRIMP hose cleaner is designed to clean the inside of new or used hoses, tubes or pipes. All of the hydraulic pipes or rubber hoses will have many contaminants mixed with fluids, the dirt leads to decreased performance, clogging of filter screens, and premature failure of the whole hydraulic system. So the hose cleaning process is very important for the quality of the hydraulic assembly.
Hydraulic Hose Cleaning Kit Accessories
The hydraulic hose cleaner kit includes all these accessories, these kits include the gun, the nozzles, and the foam projectiles, they offers a large cleaning range, you can use them to clean hoses from 1/4″ to 2″.
The 10 sizes of foam projectiles include:
5/16” , 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 35mm, 1-1/2”, 2”
1/4″ hydraulic hoses can use 5/16″ projectiles to clean.
The cleaning gun should connect to the air compressor, if you want to clean a long hoses like 50M or 100m, the air requirement should be at least PSI 90-120( 6-8 bar).
